Mr. Trenton Lee "Trent" Staneart

Trenton Lee “Trent” Staneart, 24, of Henderson, was born on July 13, 1999, in Tyler to Kenneth and Christy Staneart. He was born again in Christ on his 9th birthday. Trent entered his Heavenly home on January 21, 2024. His big brother, Jake, could not wait to teach him everything he knew and loved, which mostly revolved around some sort of ball. Just like his brother, Trent’s love for baseball started at a young age. So many of our memories are with our baseball families, which we spent many weekends. When Trent was ten, he talked us into letting him play football (something his older brother was never successful in doing) and he grew to love football just as much if not more. If you knew Trent, you knew he could just about talk anyone into anything and he would NOT stop trying until he was successful. At five, his baby sister, Addison, joined our family. Trent loved being a big brother and dished out more than his fair share of big brother torture on her. He pulled her first tooth, would make her be at his beck and call for anything he wanted or needed. He would give her rides to school, always being late of course, but making up for it by having a cool jam session on the way. Everyone who met Trent loved him. He had a magnetic personality and even when you were mad at him, it never lasted. His junior year of High School he transferred to Carlisle. You would have believed he had been there from the very beginning. They opened their arms and hearts to him. Many have remained his closest friends. Trent was voted “Most Likely to Win the Lottery and Lose the Ticket,” along with “Life of the Party.” Both of these prestigious titles are an accurate depiction of Trent’s memorable personality. He was surrounded by an army of loyal friends who never let him party alone. Trent also had the kindest heart of anyone you would ever meet. He never met a stranger, and he made everyone feel like a best friend. Trent worked as an operator for a solar panel installation company for the past several years. He was highly proficient in colorful language and enjoyed trash talking to anyone and everyone. He enjoyed watching football (We Dem Boyz!), playing golf, and spending time with his son and daughter. He was an avid sports fan, a wannabe rapper, and consumed more milk daily than both of his young children combined. Trent is preceded in death by grandparents, Shirley (Townley) and Gene Nelson, Billy Ray Townley and Ed Staneart. He is survived by his parents, Kenneth and Christy Staneart; girlfriend Kylie Caroll; children Easton and Erin Staneart; brother Jake and wife, Jordan Staneart; niece Ryan; and sister Addison Staneart. As well as a host of family and friends. Funeral services will be held at Bar None Cowboy Church in Tatum, Texas on Saturday, February 3, 2024 at 10:00 a.m. with Jason Taylor and Dale Taylor officiating. A private family burial will be at Lakewood Memorial Park. Visitation for Mr. Staneart will be on Friday, February 2, 2024 from 5p.m. to 7p.m. at Crawford-A. Crim Funeral Home in Henderson, Texas. Pallbearers will be Jake Staneart, Tyler Starling, Tanner Martin, Zane Navarro, Max Jackson and EZ Rivas. Honorary Pallbearers will be Brayden Martin, Lanson Simmons and Grayson Meruelo. Trent would be honored if the attendees of his services were sporting Texas Longhorns or Dallas Cowboys gear. In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to Easton and Erin Staneart at Origin Bank. Thank you to the communities of Henderson and Palestine, Upshur County Search and Rescue, Sit ‘Em Down Cowboy Church Emergency Rescue Team, and the numerous others who volunteered their time in aiding in the search for Trent.
