Mrs. Patricia Ann Warren White

Patricia Ann White was born April 20, 1957, in Fort Riley, Kansas. After a sudden and brief battle with brain cancer, she passed peacefully into the loving arms of Jesus on May 21, 2025, surrounded by family and friends. Patti was raised in the Dallas, Texas area. After high school, she settled in Red Oak where she raised her three children, Nick (1974), Johnny (1976), and Brandy (1977). She worked in the construction industry in Project Management for most of her career, recently retiring from the City of Kilgore. Patti married her husband, John, on February 3rd, 2017, and they lived together in the wonderful community of Henderson, Texas. Through the years Patti made friends everywhere she went, with neighbors, at work, wherever her many adventures took her. And there were many! Patti had an understanding heart for anyone she could look in the eye. She was not always the easiest to get along with, but it was obvious that she cared deeply for the people around her and for the task at hand. She most loved spending time with family, her dogs, and outdoor experiences. Patti joined Sisters on the Fly and was passionate about traveling and camping with her “sisters” in her custom camping trailer. She also enjoyed going to estate sales with friends, kayaking and just being outdoors. But her favorite thing of all was spending time with her grandkids and her littles (great grands). Patti was preceded in death by her parents, William “Barney” Warren, Sr. (Doreen) and Diane (Pete) Tankursley – brothers, William “Billy” Warren, Jr., Jody Warren, and Roy Warren – granddaughters, Megan Slade, Marie Slade, Coral Denison. Patti was survived by her husband, John White – sisters, Patricia Booth and Lori Christiansen – children, Albert “Nick” Slade, Johnny Slade (Vanessa), and Brandy Hellwarth (David); Whitney Denison (Stephen) and Walker White (Amelia) – grandchildren, Julie Beeland (Wesley), James Hellwarth (Andrea), Mary Haddock (Chandler), Kellie Slade, Jacob Slade (Kat), Alicia Randall (Caleb), Janie Slade, Noah Slade; Lance, Brock, Tate White and Cash, Cadence, Isbell, Lyric Denison – And seven great grandchildren. Memorial Service will be on Friday, May 30, 2025, at 1:00pm at Our Savior Lutheran Church, 2708 Virginia Parkway, McKinney, TX 75071.
