Mr. Jack Keith

Graveside services for Mr. Jack Keith, 100, of Henderson, will be held Saturday, June 28, 2025, at 10:00 a.m., with Pat Adams officiating, at Rusk County Memorial Gardens Mausoleum with Military Honors to follow. Entombment will follow in the Rusk County Memorial Gardens Mausoleum under the direction of Crawford-A. Crim Funeral Home. The family will receive friends from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM on Friday, June 27, 2025 at the funeral home. Mr. Keith was born on July 11, 1924, in Winnsboro, Texas to Author James and Ida Pearl (Massey) Keith. He passed away on June 23, 2025, in Henderson. Jack was co-owner of Bell Cleaners with his wife, Maggie and was a member of First Christian Church of Henderson. Jack served his country in the United States Army during World War II and served in Normandy, Northern France, Ardennes, Rhineland, and Central Europe. During his service, Jack was awarded several Decorations and Citations including the EAME Campaign Ribbon with 5 Bronze Stars, Good Conduct Medal, Victory Ribbon, and 3 Overseas Service Bars. Jack was preceded in death by his parents, Author and Ida Keith; wife, Maggie Keith; son, Tommy Keith; five brothers including C.P. Keith; and one sister. Survivors include his sons, Ronnie Jack Keith and wife, Karen of Henderson, Scott Keith and his wife Gloria of Henderson; grandchildren, Clay Keith and wife Sarah of Sugarland, Kimberly Keith of Henderson, Jeffrey Keith and wife Monica of San Marcos, Kristi Akin and husband Zack of Longview; great-grandchildren, Camden Franks, Evelyn Keith, Elijah Keith, Mark Sanchez, Ben Sanchez, Aiden Akin, Paisley Akin; nephews, Mike Keith of Henderson, Charles Keith of Henderson; and a host of other family and friends. Honorary pallbearers will be Ronnie Jack Keith, Scott Keith, Clay Keith, Jeffrey Keith, Zack Akin, Scott Springfield, Phillip Mahaffey, and Harold Howell.
