Mrs. Leoma Sieffert

June 25, 1923 - October 8, 2018

Leoma Kathleen (Todd) Sieffert went home to be with the Lord on October 8, 2018 in Edinburg, Texas at the age of 95. Leoma was born June 25, 1923 to Claude A and Helen (Brodrick ) Todd in Ludington, Michigan. She married Albert (A.J.) Sieffert on October 18,1941, and enjoyed marriage to him for over 62 years. In 1958 they move to Texas and resided in Nacogdoches county. During their years together she was a devoted mother, loving wife, homemaker and worked side by side with him in the area of farm and ranching. Upon “retiring” they moved to Mt. Enterprise, TX. Leoma loved reading, cooking, walking with her lady friends, domino get-togethers with other couples and helping in church activities. She was a member of First Baptist Church, of Mt. Enterprise, TX. Leoma is survived by two sons; Bruce & (wife) Betty Sieffert of Austin, TX; and Lyle & (wife) Sang Sieffert of Harlem, GA; and one daughter; Albertia & (husband) Jerry McKnight of Edinburg, TX; One brother, Ronald Todd of San Dimas, California. Seven Grand children; Bryan Sieffert, Jamie Sieffert, Stephen & (wife) Nonya Sieffert , Jenny & (husband) Jeff Young;…Chanda & (husband) Eric Lemon, Genevieve & (husband) Brian Coker…..Suzanne (husband) Steven Stokes Twelve Great-Grand children; Jason-Richard (J.R.) Sieffert, Fuller Sieffert, Conner Young, Natalie Young;…. Holly Lemon, Audrey Lemon, Brady Coker, Amelia Coker;…. Mackenzie & (husband) Jordan Mora, Seth Jackson, Lane Jackson, Emma Stokes One Great-Great Grandson, Jaxson Mora She was preceded in death by her husband, Albert Joseph (A.J.) Sieffert, Brothers & Sisters, Albertia Magnusen, Norville Todd, Doris Todd, Claude Todd, Donald Todd; Grandson, Calvin McKnight. Services will be held at First Baptist Church of Mt. Enterprise, TX on Saturday, October 13, 2018 at 10:00 a.m. with Rev. Joe Orr officiating. Visitation will be one hour before service at the church. Burial will be at Woodlawn Heights Cemetery in Mt. Enterprise, TX under the direction of Crawford-A. Crim Funeral Home. Pallbearers will be Bryan Sieffert, Jamie Sieffert, Stephen Sieffert, Jeff Young, Eric Lemon, Brian Coker, and Steven Stokes. Family requests in lieu of flowers donations may be made in memory of Leoma to First Baptist Church of Mt. Enterprise, 210 N. Railroad Ave, Mt. Enterprise, TX 75681 or Mt.
