Mr. Charles Dorough

Graveside services for Mr. Charles Dorough, 77, of Henderson will be held at 10:00 a.m. Thursday, July 26, 2018 at Lakewood Memorial Park with Rev. Richard Luna officiating. Interment will follow under the direction of Crawford-A. Crim Funeral Home. The family will receive friends from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. Wednesday, July 25, 2018 at the funeral home. Mr. Dorough passed from this life on July 20, 2018 in Tyler. He was born January 28, 1941 in Henderson to Floy and Nadine Boyles Dorough. He graduated from Henderson High School and then from Stephen F. Austin State University with a degree in Agriculture. He owned and operated Dorough's Country Meat Market and was also a cattle rancher. Mr. Dorough was of the Methodist faith. Survivors include his wife, Carol E. Points Dorough of Henderson; sons, John Dorough and wife Tracy of Henderson, Joe Dorough and wife Aida of Henderson; grandchildren, Johnathon Dorough of Henderson, Karen Dorough and fiancé Logan Clark of Henderson, Dalton Dorough of Henderson, Amanda Dorough of Henderson; and special friend, Angelica Hernandez of Henderson.
