Mrs. Carol Jean Hoover

September 20, 1939 - January 3, 2019

Funeral services for Mrs. Carol Jean Hoover, 79, of Mt. Enterprise, will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Thursday, January 10, 2019, in the chapel at Crawford-A. Crim Funeral Home with Rev. Charles Williams and Rev. Darrel Owens officiating. Interment will follow in Gage Cemetery under the direction of Crawford-A. Crim Funeral Home. The family will receive friends from 10:00 a.m. until service time on Thursday at the funeral home. Mrs. Hoover passed from this life on January 3, 2019, at Autumn Leaves in Henderson. She was born September 20, 1939, in Klamath Falls, Oregon to the late Charles and Mabel (Kruger) Kelley. Mrs. Hoover was a homemaker and a member of Smyrna Missionary Baptist Church. Survivors include her husband of 60 years, Thomas E. "Gene" Hoover of Mt. Enterprise; sons, Tom Hoover and wife Mitzi of Waco, Tim Hoover and wife Elizabeth of Waco, and Terry Hoover and wife Kim of Copper Canyon; sisters, Mary Wilkins of Georgia, and Susan Wood and husband Lawrence of Missouri; brother-in-law, Dwight Hoover and wife Melba; sister-in-laws, Pat Smith and husband Lloyd, Peggy Hoover; grandchildren and their spouses, T.J. and Bridgett Hoover, Brandon and Krystle Hoover, Sara and Nathan Winship, Jessica Hoover, Joshua and Alex Hoover, Samuel and Tara Hoover, Emily and Daniel Finstad, Ethan Hoover, Daniel Hoover, Benjamin Hoover, Matthew Hoover, and Grace Hoover; plus eight great grandchildren, and a host of nieces, nephews, family and friends. Pallbearers will be T.J. Hoover, Brandon Hoover, Joshua Hoover, Samuel Hoover, Daniel Hoover, Ethan Hoover, Benjamin Hoover, and Matthew Hoover.
