Graveside services for Mrs. Betty Ann Dorsey Davis, 78, of Henderson, will be held at 10:00 a.m. Tuesday, April 30, 2019 at Davis Cemetery with Rev. Bill Kuykendall officiating. Interment will follow under the direction of Crawford-A. Crim Funeral Home. Mrs. Davis passed away Saturday, Apr. 27, 2019 at Autumn Leaves in Henderson. She was born May 7, 1940 in Overton to the late Johnnie B. and Laverne Williams Dorsey. She was a retired deputy clerk for the Rusk County Tax Appraiser and attended Calvary Baptist church. She was preceded in death by her parents, Johnnie B. and Laverne Williams Dorsey; husband of 48 years, Wayne Davis; sister, Frances Gossett; and brother, Lester Dorsey. Survivors include her son, Steve Davis and wife Gay of Henderson; brother, Don Dorsey and wife Susan of Tucson, Arizona; grandchildren, Amanda Michelle Roycroft of Copperfield, Texas, Cody Davis and wife Melissa of Henderson; great-grandchildren, Anna Roycroft, Blue Roycroft, Kimber Davis; caregiver and special friend, Diane Caldwell; and a host of nieces, nephews, other family and friends.
