Mr. Ryan Loftice

Funeral services for Mr. Ryan Loftice, 46, of White Oak, will be held at 2:00 p.m. Saturday, September 30, 2023, in the chapel at Crawford-A. Crim Funeral Home with Rev. Craig Duncan and Rev. Bill Kuykendall officiating. Interment will follow at Crims Chapel Cemetery under the direction of Crawford-A. Crim Funeral Home. The family will receive friends from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. on Friday, September 29, at the funeral home. Mr. Loftice passed from this life on September 25, 2023. He was born October 25, 1976, in Henderson and loved growing up in the country on family land that was settled by his great-grandparents shortly after the Civil War. Ryan graduated from Henderson High School in 1995 where he played football and baseball. After high school, he lived in several places in East Texas, eventually settling in White Oak a few years ago. He was a trash man by trade. Mr. Loftice worked for Republic Services where he was known as a hard worker and was a highly valued employee. Ryan was a huge fan of the Dallas Cowboys but also enjoyed NASCAR and UFC. He was known to hit the dance floor for some Country and Western dancing and loved a good steak cooked well done. Mr. Loftice was also a long-time member of Calvary Baptist Church in Henderson where he was saved and baptized as a young man. He was preceded in death by his father Bobby Loftice, both his paternal and maternal grandparents, and his nephew Justin Dean Harlow. Survivors include his daughter, Hailey Loftice of White Oak; mother, Susan Smith of White Oak; sister, Amy Harlow and husband Kelly of San Antonio; nieces, Kelsey Harlow of Ore City, Rylee Harlow, and Kellie Anne Harlow, both of San Antonio; a host of aunts, uncles, cousins, other family, and many friends; as well as Hailey’s mother, Ashley Loftice. Pallbearers will be Howard Green, Billy Williams, James Flemmons, Brandon Thompson, Skyler Burns, and Joshua Davis. Honorary pallbearers will be Jeffery Briggs, John Pino, and Braxton Green. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Henderson Animal Shelter at 1201 Highland Drive, Henderson, TX 75652, and/or the Longview Animal Shelter at P.O.
