Ms. Lois B. Clark

Funeral services for Ms. Lois B. Clark, 99, of Henderson, will be held at 3:00 PM on Monday, January 29, 2024, in the chapel at Crawford-A. Crim Funeral Home with Bro. Brandon Cochran and Bro. Robert Fry officiating. Interment will follow at Strong Cemetery under the direction of Crawford-A. Crim Funeral Home. The family will receive friends from 2:00 PM until service time on Monday, at the funeral home. Ms. Clark passed from this life on Wednesday, January 24, 2024 at her residence in Henderson. She was born May 20, 1924, at home in the Shake Rag community to the late Ocie and Monnie (Waggoner) Clark and spent most of her life in Henderson. She graduated from Laneville High School in 1942, and went on to work for Haden-Brown Drug Store for several years. Ms. Clark also worked for Sue Ann Manufacturing for many years before her retirement. She loved travelling, especially with Pat and Paige, and it brought her great delight to take care of her grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Ms. Clark was a long-time member of First Baptist Church in Henderson. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her son-in-law Jimmy Rushton, and siblings Earl Clifton Clark and Jesse Lee Clark. Survivors include her daughter, Pat Rushton of Henderson; grandchildren, Delana Cochran and husband Brandon of Henderson, and twins Paige Leigh Rushton of Henderson and Peyton Blair Maxwell and husband Benji of Liberty City; great-grandchildren, Marshall Cochran and wife Maggie, Brandelyn Cochran, Brooklyn Maxwell, Benson Maxwell, and Bryson Maxwell; great-great-granddaughter, Parker Leigh Cochran with another great-great-granddaughter on the way; honorary granddaughters, Rachel and Mia Gonzalez; as well as a host of nieces, nephews, other family and friends. The family would like to express their sincere appreciation to Jessie, Robert, and Jackie along with the rest of the staff at Angel Care Hospice for their tender love and care for Ms. Clark. Pallbearers will be Marshall Cochran, Michael Bryan Haden, Byron Haden, and Zachary Haden. Honorary pallbearers will be Mike Holland and Billy Sledge.
